BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Please make sure that all makeup is removed before your appointment.

If you are required to have a lash bath, please be informed that a non-negotiable $10 fee will be added to your service for a 10 minute lash cleaning.
​
All new & returning clients must own a lash bath kit. You may purchase a bunny foam or an artist approved lash bath from else where.
​
If lashes need to be removed please book removal before service.
TIME MANAGEMENT
Lateness is NOT accounted for. Please get here on time for your appointment.
​
Each appointment will last approximately 2.5 hours.
​
If you arrive late and we do not finish, service price will NOT be changed or altered for tardiness.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable $20 deposit should be made if you are booking for a full set.
​
The deposit will be applied to your total of services.
​
NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.
HOURS

No mornings are available unless it is posted.
​
FILL INS
When booking a fill in, please be aware that it MUST be at least 40% full; otherwise you'll be charged as a full set.
​
Foreign fills must still pay full price of a full set.
​
Each returning client must pre-book their appointment after they have been serviced.
​
Please do not message/call for a fill in unless you're looking for a time slot that might not appear.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
NO RESCHEDULING/CANCELING APPOINTMENT ON SAME DAY TO AVOID NO SHOW FEE.

If you need to change time/cancel due to personal reasons, please message to change time of appointment at least 24 hours before appointment.
